Consider taking an IVA

Debts that you have accumulated through credit cards, store cards, personal loans and home shopping catalogues can hand around your neck and act like a tightening noose. If you do nothing that noose can be impossible to break free of alone and you need help. Thankfully there are debt specialists that can work with you and help to suggest ways that you could become debt free. If you want debt advice you can talk over your situation and one of the options that you might take is an IVA.

An IVA could be suitable if you owe out 15,000 or more and you must owe this money to at least three different creditors. Of course to be able to enter into this type of agreement you would have to be in work and have the ability to repay each month for the term of the IVA.
If your debts accumulate to less then you could seek debt help by way of a debt management plan. However you would need to owe 5,000 or more. If you owe less than this amount then you might want to consider taking out a consolidation loan as a way of combining all your existing loans off and then just having one lower monthly repayment to make.
