If you have a debts problem then write it off with a debt plan

If you have a debts problem you could write it off by taking out a debt management plan or an IVA whichever was the more suitable for your circumstances. The most suitable option would depend on your circumstances which would include the amount that owe and who you owe the money to.
If you want to write debt off that totals just over 5,000 and you owe this money to 3 or more creditors then you could consider taking out a debt management plan. However if your debts should come to more than 15,000 then you could choose to take an IVA as a way of paying off your debts within a fixed period of time. Again you would have to owe money to at least 3 different creditors and you would have to be able to repay a certain amount back each month.

Taking out either of these options would allow you to become debt free and not have the worry of your lenders threatening court action, within a specific amount of time. Talk with a debt management team online and see how they might be able to help you to break free of your unsecured debts and begin to get back on with your life debt free.
